Hmm... Let's do that next!
Nanami dashes past you, then jogs back.
Hey—Commandant!
Need a hand?
Before you can answer, Nanami grabs your arm.
And that's how you find yourself dragged to the entrance of a small Kowloong-style courtyard.
Haha.
Nanami hops up the steps and swings the gate open, revealing a yard filled with mechanical parts, Power just chilling in the corner.
Ta-da—
Haven't decided what to build yet.
I snagged it from a crashed transport craft outside the city.
The Little League's all hands on deck for the commercial street event, and I want to pitch in.
So Nanami is building a suuuuper big mechanical magpie!
And you have to help, Commandant.
Somehow, you are already picking up parts and getting to work before you know it.
Likewise, somehow you end up buying paint for Nanami and start assembling this "magpie."
Something feels amiss...
Nanami even considers outfitting Power with wings.
But Power excels in brute strength, not aerial prowess. Characters can't simply defy their core design, can they?
The final stretch.
Clicking the tail section into place, it hits you—something's seriously wrong.
The tail definitely isn't magpie-ish. More like...
No, that's a straight-up pterodactyl...
Come on, Commandant, showtime!
Nanami shoves you, dazed and confused, into the "cabin" she whipped up just moments ago.
Now—
Nanami's voice is serious.
Alright, alright, buckle up. It's launch time.
Nanami slams a button, and the pterodactyl screeches.
Fire erupts from the pterodactyl's tail, bathing the courtyard in a wave of heat. But weirdly, nothing actually catches fire.
Did Nanami pre-emptively fireproof the whole area before picking this spot?
The yard is definitely trashed from Power's "training," but that still doesn't explain why you are soaring over Constellia in a mechanical pterodactyl...
Peering down, you see a flock of actual, mechanical magpies cutting through the sky.
See that? Genius, right? I just cranked these out, one for every corner.
Regardless, the pterodactyl and its magpie posse cruise over the cityscape. From the cabin, you can clearly see people craning their necks to gawk at this "spectacle."
There you go—a power-up sticker! Boosts both brains and brawn by 20%. Seems a bit much, honestly.
The commandant's got no stat caps!
Perfect!
Nanami plasters a sticker on her face that declares, in no uncertain terms, "Nanami is the Best."
So, Commandant!
Where to next?
